the app is set up well but has issues with accepting payment methods. tried all forms and continued to say not able to process. ended up meeting a group of other people at the site trying to rent kayaks aswell who were having the same issue so I know it wasn't just my system having issues. I hope this is resolved soon as I'd really like to be able to utilize this service now that the weather is nice.

App update is completely unusable, a definite step in the wrong direction! Previous app had its issues (showing e-bikes as "Available" for rent when battery was too low, or maint req when trying to rent it), but at least it was functional. Now, it doesn't show any e-bikes at any location (only pedal bikes). No Help Menu, no info on Memberships, or Rental Agreements. Very bare bones, not very intuitive or inviting. A stripped down, pre-production ver of previous app, and no option to revert back!

I've tried renting a bike through this app twice, and both times resulted in extreme frustration. The first time, the bike simply would not unlock even though the rental had started. Conversely, the app couldn't connect to the bike to end the rental. I had to email support to end the session. The second time, the bike unlocked, but I again couldn't get the app to recognize the bike to end the rental. I'd save yourself the frustration and steer clear of this program.
