this app is not working it askes me to login and not create an account and when I add my user name and password it says login failed everything it's been a week of me trying and it's not working

the app wants me to log in right after setting the language. can't do that without setting up an account first....

soon as you log in and tell what language you want it set at it asks you to login with a username and passcode, yet there is nowhere that states for new users to sign up..this app is useless
