About this app

MoveCTrack Driver is the official driver app for schools and colleges using MoveCTrack.

This is a staff app. Your institution creates your account and assigns your bus — you cannot sign up inside the app.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Start and stop your trip in one tap
• Share your bus's live position with the students and parents assigned to your bus, so they know when to be at the stop
• Mark student boarding by scanning their QR pass
• Follow your route stop by stop and mark each one as reached
• Send quick alerts to your bus — delay, breakdown, or a custom message
• Read safety reports sent in by students on your bus
• Generate a boarding report for any trip

BACKGROUND LOCATION
While a trip is active, MoveCTrack Driver collects location in the background so students and parents can see the bus move even when your screen is off. A notification is shown the entire time tracking is on. Collection starts when you tap "Start Trip" and stops when you tap "Stop Trip" or sign out. No location is collected when no trip is active.

BUILT FOR REAL ROUTES
• Works on low-end phones and weak networks
• Keeps working through dead zones and syncs when signal returns
• No ads, and no advertising identifiers

NOT A STUDENT OR PARENT APP
Students and parents should install the MoveCTrack app instead.
