After the last update it no longer connects to Bluetooth. Useless. Update 10/16/2021: After many un-install and re-install of the app, I make it work most of the time and if it doesn't, I re-install again, and then it works for little bit... But today it came out with a new phenomenon. Every few seconds was recorded separately, resulting in 946 videos on my phone within 2 hours and crashing the phone. So, really good robot, when the app works it's wonderful. But really , really bad app...

[Update 2023-11-08]: Unable to live stream, video freezes after call is accepted by my coach for live lessons. Support team is actively troubleshooting. [Update 2022-11-02]: Developer updated app so it does not crash on Android 13 when accepting permissions on initial load on app version 1.2.13. App still freezing on landing screen and doesn't allow pairing with Pixem. They extended my return window. [Original 2022-10-25]: Crashes and won't pair on Pixel 6 pro

I had problems, but it was my Samsung smart phone update that messed it up. MOVE'N SEE rapidly published a fix. Their Customer Service is exceptional, much better than anyone else. I filmed with my horse today, and it was easy! I did find that I needed the full screen setting on my phone video mode, otherwise I didn't get the full horse. Now that the weather is not below freezing anymore, I'll use it more. This is a great investment.
