The Moverly app is the mobile companion for moving-company staff and
dispatchers. It complements the Moverly CRM and brings every step of a
moving job – from the first inquiry, through the on-site survey, to
hand-over and payment – into a fast, offline-capable app.
WHAT THE APP DOES
• Leads and inquiries
Create new inquiries, edit existing ones, filter by status, and review
the full activity history of every lead.
• Surveys (on-site and virtual)
Guided inspection flow with item catalogue, photo documentation, live
pricing and customer signature.
• Move execution
Step-by-step support on moving day: time tracking, before/after photos,
damages and expenses, handover protocol and payment collection.
• Calendar
Personal daily overview of all assignments – surveys, moves, tasks –
served live from the Moverly backend.
• Pricing and payments
Server-computed pricing (products, materials, services, distance, VAT,
discount) and a clear payment history for partial and final payments
via cash, bank transfer, SEPA or Stripe.
• Offline capability
Every change is stored locally and safely synchronized once a
connection is available – useful in basements, stairwells and remote
addresses.
• Roles and permissions
Admins manage the full lead lifecycle; employees only see their own
assignments.
WHO THIS APP IS FOR
The Moverly app is a B2B app for employees of moving companies that use
the Moverly CRM. End customers do not use this app – they interact with
Moverly through quotes, invoices and on-site appointments.
PRIVACY AND SECURITY
All data is transmitted encrypted to Moverly servers in the EU. Accounts
are provided exclusively by your employer; there is no public
sign up.
