sometimes when driver not come we also need to pay, also sometimes we have something come up so we cancel it (do we also need to wait for driver to come and pay?)if not we got stuck at pay cash and can't use the app anymore. There's only one way is to contract the service for help, but the service is so slow and unfriendly they treat client like they don't give a sht.poor service like this what if we're been kidnapped, can service help?:)

Example of LM Move taxi bad service: ordered taxi pick up in front of exit VIP terminal airport Phnom Penh, came there, no taxi. Driver not picked up phone when I called 3 times. His taxi not came in right pick up location. Later, I found his taxi 20 metres from pick up location empty, no driver inside. Driver came only after 10 min later. When I called 5 times LM Move service tel 24h - nobody picked up. My order was canceled and I have pay fee for it! Nobody replied me at my sms or called bk.

It is difficult sometimes to book the trip when I don't even know my exact destination or when I have multiple stop points.
