The main issue when booking a taxi with LM Move is their very short free waiting period upon arrival; once that time elapses, a surcharge for waiting kicks in. Unscrupulous drivers take advantage of this by activating the waiting timer before they even reach the pickup location—or, even worse, by stopping 50, 100, or 200 meters short of the actual pickup point! Consequently, the customer is often forced to walk—sometimes in the rain or while carrying heavy bags—to where the taxi has stopped. Bad

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 MOVE is one of the best transportation apps I have used in Cambodia. The application is clean, fast, and very user-friendly, making it easy to book a ride within seconds. The interface is modern and intuitive, with clear pricing and smooth navigation throughout the entire booking process.

sometimes when driver not come we also need to pay, also sometimes we have something come up so we cancel it (do we also need to wait for driver to come and pay?)if not we got stuck at pay cash and can't use the app anymore. There's only one way is to contract the service for help, but the service is so slow and unfriendly they treat client like they don't give a sht.poor service like this what if we're been kidnapped, can service help?:)
