About this app

Surveil Log is an offline record-keeping app for CCTV and security camera installers. You use it to save the sites you work at, list the cameras at each site, and log every installation, maintenance, and repair visit — including which parts you replaced and how much you charged. All records are stored on your phone using a local database. The app has no login, no ads, and does not use the internet.

WHAT YOU CAN DO IN THE APP

Manage sites
• Add a site with its client name, address, and camera count
• Set the installation date for each site
• View a list of all your sites with their camera count and number of jobs
• Open any site to see its full details and complete job history

Log jobs
• Create a job and tag it as an Installation, Maintenance, or Repair
• Set the date of the visit
• Record how many cameras were affected
• List the parts you replaced
• Enter the charge for the job
• Add notes for anything else about the visit

View service history
• See a single list of every job across all your sites, newest first
• Filter the list by job type to show only Installations, Maintenance, or Repairs
• Tap any job to view its full details

See reports
• View your total revenue from all jobs
• View the total number of cameras across your sites
• See a breakdown of how many jobs were Installations, Maintenance, and Repairs
• Read a bar chart of how many jobs you logged each month
• Open a calendar that marks the dates you logged jobs

Manage your data in Settings
• Check the app version
• Delete all of your data from the device at any time

HOW IT WORKS

Surveil Log stores everything locally on your device in a SQLite database. It does not require an account, does not connect to the internet, and does not collect or share any of your data. Because it works fully offline, you can use it on-site in basements, plant rooms, and remote locations with no signal.

WHO IT IS FOR

Surveil Log is made for independent CCTV installers, security system technicians, AV integrators, and small security companies who want a simple way to keep a record of their field work instead of using paper notebooks or spreadsheets.
