So I was trying to use the prepaid thing here coz I don't really need a plan; with wifi at home and I'm always at home anyways. When I try loading the app it eats my money almost immediately. I'm not even using the data yet and when I tried turning the load into a "promotion" for a month. it's taking too long to process making you do it again, then it happens again. But mind you if they ask if you want to load your sim. It's as fast as it can ever be. I'm considering changing my sim 🤷🏻‍♀️

I just disconnected my regular plan to switch to prepaid. I topped up. now trying to log into the app to pick a plan and it is telling me that the app is not working. when I am outside of Spain and needing data. (Germany). you call the 1200 number they gave, it is not going through.

Months have passed since I got my Movistar SIM and not a single bug in this app has been fixed. Using the mobile number to enter the app almost never works "ya hay otro inicio de sesión en marcha". No there is no other session! Information on data used is completely wrong. It says that I use 500GB every few hours. Only the summary on the front page is correct. How is it possible that a big company like Movistar can have such poor software??? Zero stars. And don't tell me to contact you by email.
