Movitel Timekeeping is the official attendance and workforce management application designed exclusively for Movitel employees. It streamlines daily attendance tracking, leave management, overtime registration, and timesheet adjustments, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with company policies.
With the Daily Check-in & Check-out feature, employees can conveniently record their attendance directly from their mobile devices each working day. The app leverages AI-powered photo verification combined with GPS location validation to ensure that every check-in and check-out is authentic and aligned with Movitel’s attendance regulations. Working hours are automatically calculated and stored in each employee’s timesheet, reducing manual effort and errors.
The app also enables employees to easily submit Overtime (OT) and Special Leave Requests. Users can register overtime for regular working days, weekends, or public holidays, while the system automatically verifies requests against individual and departmental OT limits before submission. In addition, employees can apply for a variety of leave types such as Annual Leave (AL), Paid Leave (PL), Maternity Leave (ML), Work-from-Home (WH), and Business Trips (BT). Supporting documents can be attached directly within the app, making the process seamless and efficient.
For cases where attendance data requires correction, the Period-2 Timesheet Adjustment feature allows employees to submit requests with detailed explanations and supporting evidence during a designated adjustment window. These requests are reviewed and approved by line managers before being forwarded to the HR department, ensuring proper oversight and accountability.
To keep employees informed, the app provides Real-time Notifications via push messages and SMS. Users receive updates on attendance irregularities, approval results, overtime limit warnings, upcoming leave schedules, and deadlines for timesheet adjustments. This ensures that employees stay aware of important actions and deadlines at all times.
