MovitPro Driver is the app your company gives you to run the day: the jobs you have been assigned, the checks on your vehicle, the fuel you put in it, and the faults you find along the way.
You do not sign up here. Your manager registers you and sends you the link, and you sign in with the email they used.
WHAT YOU DO WITH IT
• See the jobs assigned to you, with every pickup and drop-off in order
• Start a job and let the app record the route — no need to keep it open
• Take proof of delivery photos and capture a signature at the door
• Enter your odometer at the start and end, checked against the distance driven
• Do the morning vehicle inspection before you move: tyres, lights, brakes, fluids, safety equipment and documents
• Report a fault with a photograph, and follow the repair from the same screen
• Log fuel — photograph the receipt and the app fills in the litres and total
• Read the policies and safety notices your company has published, and confirm you have read them
• Go on duty, take a break, go off duty — your hours are recorded to the minute
WHY YOUR COMPANY USES IT
MovitPro replaces the paperwork that never makes it back to the office: the inspection nobody filed, the receipt lost in the cab, the delivery nobody can prove. What you record on your phone reaches your manager immediately.
LOCATION
MovitPro records your location while you are on duty and on a job, including when the app is closed or not in use, so the route and the mileage of a job are recorded without you having to think about it. It stops when the job ends or you go off duty. Only your own company's managers can see it. It is never sold and never shared with anyone else. The app explains this and asks before it starts.
WHAT YOU NEED
An Android phone with mobile data, and an account created by your employer. On some phones you will be asked to allow the app to keep running in the background — without it, your phone stops recording as soon as the screen goes off.
MovitPro is made in Malaysia by Movit Easy Sdn Bhd.
Your jobs, vehicle checks and fuel logs — on the phone you already carry.
