I was excited to try a new rental service with high hopes for being better than your typical options. Unfortunately, my rental ended up being fulfilled through one of the rental agencies at the airport, and had lots of hassle. After waiting in line for an hour, only to be unable to pickup the vehicle this is no better, and is actually worse than just booking direct. Will never use again.

Has worked well, passed off to Sixt to provide car, they did not have available what I asked for, was upgraded to Audi station wagon, not the SUV type of vehicle I wanted. We had to swap to another so we didn't hit head getting in vehicle. Would have preferred the vehicle I asked for but they don't have any, so why was it a choice. Made reservation 6 weeks ago.

I've only used them once so far but I will again. Their app is clean and concise. The process was stupid easy and all the info I needed to get the car was there. I never needed to reach out to them, but they actually reached out to me to check if everything was going well. Like I said, I'll use them again, happily at that
