Gongsemi is an AI work partner for construction sites. It connects material calculations, estimates, work logs, schedule management, and team sharing—all tasks faced by workers at construction sites, including interior design, remodeling, and building construction—into a single app, helping to process repetitive on-site tasks faster and more conveniently.

[13 Types of Material Calculators]

Provides 13 types of quantity calculators for immediate use on-site. Calculations are based on domestic standards and standard cost estimates.

Calculate the required quantities and volumes by selecting standard presets or entering data manually.

If you enter unit prices for each item, the estimated cost (estimate) is calculated as well. (Pro)

[Work Log]

Save calculation results under the site name and review them at any time. Records are organized by site, allowing for immediate use in estimates and orders.

[Site Calendar] (Pro)

Check task deadlines on a monthly calendar. Colors are automatically assigned to each site, making it easy to identify which site's schedule belongs to at a glance. The site name is linked directly to the site name used in the calculator.

[Deadline Notifications]

Set deadlines for tasks to ensure you don't forget, and receive notifications.

[Team Sharing] (Pro)

Create a team and invite team members to view calculation records together in real-time. Personal records and team-shared records are separated and managed securely.
