I don't understand the poor reviews. Using it for 1.5 years as a contractor, doing hundreds of jobs (have made $14k), I've never had any major issues with it (or the business). It's simple to use. The only unfavorable thing is how long it takes to upload before and after pictures. I've never timed, but I think it typically takes 10-15 seconds to upload each picture. Just frustrating waiting that long to upload before you can submit the next picture.

App frequently has long delays and failure to upload before and after pics. Wasting your time and money. Usually the folks in support are prompt and reasonable in responding to your concerns but occasionally they just blow you off and blame it on "network errors"... but the app never throws an error... you just notice that photos you had taken aren't there... forcing you to waste more time going back and retaking. Additionally, no way to rate or report customers who falsely state size, etc...

It's not worth the struggle. The app glitches when you escalate a job, and a supervisor responds and you mark the job complete, your account doesn't show new jobs. I keep getting a lot of notifications that jobs are posted but my map says none available. The same red message when my account wasn't yet activated. I lost a days worth of work from escalating one job and now I don't know if I'll be able to work tomorrow when the snow stops. I thought it was amazing at first. Now I realize it's not
