Had nothing but issues with how to access and use this application. My daycare provider gave me a point of contact to figure things out and we sorted the details. Once everything was resolved, the team chose to go in and change my password to something I do not know. For this reason, I have concerns when it comes to account security and will strongly advise against using it for payment processing.

I love how this app makes it easy for my child's daycare to share photos, messages, and updates throughout my child's day. The push notifications make it easy to get messages and see when new posts have been added (these did stop working for about 2 months this year, but are fixed now). I also really like that I can easily dow loaf the photos instead of using screenshots like some apps.

I do like the app, being able to log everything in one place is very helpful for a daycare provider. But, I only gave 3 stars because I have had a few times where I cannot log in, or a parent cannot through no fault of our own.
