The wonderful people at Island Pet Movers really alleviated the stress of moving our pets from Hawai'i to the mainland. All the charges are presented in a neat, easy-to-read itemized invoice and you can pay in chunks up until the day it is due for added flexibility. They really took the stress away of communicating with the airline and are all very friendly and knowledgeable about the ins and outs of transporting your pets on and off island. They took great care of us and we reccomend them 100%

Very poor service for the cost. She is not honest about the level of service and care of your pet. My Great Dane almost missed her flight because the person she hired to build the crate, which I paid a great deal for, didn't show up on time. I'm lucky she answered the phone because she tends not to. My pets arrived after a lengthy trip thirsty and traumatized.

They were the best! Moved 8 cats and 2 dogs about 2 yrs ago. They did an excellent job of reassuring this frazzled mover with clear instructions and advice. Highly recommend to everyone! Mahalo from all 12 of us!
