Additionally, once your pet is picked up by one of our Island Pet Movers drivers you will be connected with them so you can get updates on where your pet is and be easily updated on arrival times.

Great company & experience. Shipped 3 Cockatiels and a large dog to Hawaii and despite flight cancellations they had no control over, they got overnight care for the pets in route, and got everyone to where they needed to go safely! They were very communicative as well, answered all of my questions, and got way ahead on all of the permits and paperwork required to import them all. If we leave Hawaii, we'll absolutely be reaching out to them and using their service again.

The wonderful people at Island Pet Movers really alleviated the stress of moving our pets from Hawai'i to the mainland. All the charges are presented in a neat, easy-to-read itemized invoice and you can pay in chunks up until the day it is due for added flexibility. They really took the stress away of communicating with the airline and are all very friendly and knowledgeable about the ins and outs of transporting your pets on and off island. They took great care of us and we reccomend them 100%

Very poor service for the cost. She is not honest about the level of service and care of your pet. My Great Dane almost missed her flight because the person she hired to build the crate, which I paid a great deal for, didn't show up on time. I'm lucky she answered the phone because she tends not to. My pets arrived after a lengthy trip thirsty and traumatized.
