Ratings and reviews

Poor customer support. I booked an airport pick up for May 28 and entered all correct information regarding the plane arrival date and time. When i received the confirmation Mozio shows May 27 arrival date. They did not help me in correcting the details. They keep on asking me for cancelling my original booking and pay for a higher price. It was your system error. We should not pay if your system failed to perform accurately.customer support is so POOR. I Will not book again. ITS A SCAM

I have recently booked 6 taxis for holiday to Thailand in Aug and have not had any issues with the booking. Received confirmation quickly with name, phone number and email of the taxi firm that will be picking me up, the email even has the type of car that will pick us up. I have emailed customer services a few times and received a reply straight away. No problems so far

Horrible first experience with Agoda Mozio. There was no confirmation on the web page and so I didn't know that I had actually paid for 2 bookings, and the email confirming that booking happened was 4 h and then 2 h on arrival! And I had already made booking with another app! So I ended up paying for 3 airpory transfers because of the delayed or no confirmation from this Mozio booking site with Agoda. Will never ever book with Mozio and will delete this as soon as I use the return booking.
