Excellent drive but he spoke very little English ... I asked what the time was, and he turned up the aurcon so high that he was sneezing by the time we got to Ginza... i hope he is not sick!

useless app..they didn't keep up their word..made us wait for more than an hour...

Poor customer support. I booked an airport pick up for May 28 and entered all correct information regarding the plane arrival date and time. When i received the confirmation Mozio shows May 27 arrival date. They did not help me in correcting the details. They keep on asking me for cancelling my original booking and pay for a higher price. It was your system error. We should not pay if your system failed to perform accurately.customer support is so POOR. I Will not book again. ITS A SCAM
