Great app It does what it promises and does it very well. Unlike some users are writing, this app doesn't use shades, but really only 2 colors (= 1 bit). The impression of shade happens due to very small black pixels interleaved with white pixels. That appears to be grey, but is actually 2 colors. Again, great app and thanks to the developer.
I have used this app for low power-consuming backgrounds for a Samsung watchface, and it has worked great for this use! One small improvement: I have been working with a lot of photos where some of the photos look very similar to one another for an animation effect, and so it would be extremely helpful if the output photo retained, in some way, the original photo's name if imported from the phone's photo gallery. That would really help track all of the photos. (And maybe the ability to do a batch of photos all at once?? but now I am afraid I am asking too much). Great app! Only app I could find to do the job I needed!
really amazing! it does not simply convert 8-bit pixel to 1-bit but made a lot of processing and in the end, the picture just like it was printed on newspaper or supermarket tickets. impressive effects!
Terrific App! I love it. It is simple yet powerful. A fine addition to one's photographic arsenal.
Really good app! I love the wide range of styles. I have worked with silkscreen printing before and it was a similar process in converting the digital file into diamond or circle. Maybe I'll use this app to convert directly.
How can a 1 bit image have grey dots Since when is grey scale 1 bit.. 1 byte maybe. Rubbish, delete.
