Trimestral is the receipt and invoice app for freelancers and SMEs in Spain. Receipts in the glove compartment, invoices lost among the mail, and, when the quarter arrives, a box of papers piles up on the desk. With Trimestral, that's a thing of the past: you take a photo of the receipt or invoice and the app takes care of the rest.

• It automatically reads the merchant, the date, the VAT breakdown, and the total.

• It understands various VAT rates, withholding taxes, and the equivalent surcharge.

• It places each receipt and invoice in its corresponding quarter, without you having to type anything.

📤 Submit your quarterly tax return to your accountant in one click
When it's time to file, the app creates an Excel spreadsheet with all your quarterly expenses and a ZIP file with photos of your receipts and invoices. Send it by email or WhatsApp, and you're done. No more paper envelopes.

🔔 Notifies you when you still have time
• Tells you which receipts don't include your tax ID number and the total VAT, while you can still request an invoice from that business.

• A reminder at the end of the day to scan receipts from your pocket before they get lost.

• Three alerts when the filing period opens, so you're not caught off guard.

🔒 Your data, on your mobile
Your expenses live on your device and in your own Google Drive, not on one of our servers. The image is processed to be read and then discarded.
