About this app

The Payentry mobile app offers individuals access to their employee information, and provides employers with a cutting edge time and attendance solution for employees to clock in and out on a tablet in their workplace on the kiosk clock.

Individuals can view all of their employee information in one place. Pay history is available by year, and paystub details are displayed in a graph so individuals can see the allocation of their pay check. When enabled by their employer, individuals can clock in and out using the Time Mgmt capabilities and view their tax forms, such as 1099-M, W-2, and 1095-C. Individuals can view their contact, status & position, accruals, direct deposits, and deductions.

When using the kiosk clock at a business location, individuals can clock in and out for their work shifts. Using a clock ID and facial recognition, the Payentry kiosk clock helps businesses reduce wage and hour fraud. Individuals are able to send a note to their manager and clock in and out of different departments and jobs when applicable. Once an individual has saved a time punch, they’ll immediately see a large message indicating success.

Not good... There is no real time up to date information for worked shifts. This causes a problem if you want to use zayzoon. Even after 2 fully worked shifts you should have that information readily available. Worklog allows you to manage shifts, pay rate, deductions etc and it's also a free shift tracking app. If they can do it so easily your app developers can as well it isn't that complicated. You guys really need to think about this a little more.

I'm told that this app is for you to be able to review your pay stub well I've done now got paid two times and not once have I got any visual of any of my pay stubs so honestly I wouldn't know where to really rate this app I talked to HR at work and they said that it is all complete on their end and I should be able to use this app and I informed them that I am not able to use it it only shows me my heart rate and my hourly pay and my information but not once does it show any pay stub...

Not enough information is displayed. Is the Employer taxes listed year to date amount? This is not specified. Also, why a there absolutely no documents listed in the documents tab? Shouldn't there be SOMETHING listed there? This seems quite fishy. This app needs ALOT of work to make it more user friendly and informative!! One last concern, when you deduct $200.00 off someone's paycheck, only write Minus 8 hours, or ANY amount deducted for that matter, it has to be stated WHY? What's the reason?
