COMPLAIN Subject: App Login Issue Dear Team, I am facing a problem with the M&P Courier & Logistics application. I had been using it for a long time without any issues, but for the past 2 months I am unable to log in. I have already reinstalled the application, but the problem still persists. Kindly check if there is any issue with the app or my account and resolve it as soon as possible. Thank you.

This courier company’s service is extremely disappointing. My parcel has still not been delivered even after 6 days, which is completely unacceptable. The service is very slow, unprofessional, and unreliable. I strongly advise others to avoid using this company, as they clearly fail to meet basic delivery standards. There is clearly no proper system, no accountability, and no respect for customers’ time or money. Customer support is either unresponsive or completely useless..😒😒

I've been waiting for my order to arrive at Sheikhpura, but NO ONE has contacted me or updated me on the status. I've sent emails and tried contacting your offline team, but ZERO RESPONSE. The tracking shows it's been handed over to M&P Services, but they've got no record of it. Complete lack of communication and customer care. Avoid this service if you value your time and sanity.
