I've been waiting for my order to arrive at Sheikhpura, but NO ONE has contacted me or updated me on the status. I've sent emails and tried contacting your offline team, but ZERO RESPONSE. The tracking shows it's been handed over to M&P Services, but they've got no record of it. Complete lack of communication and customer care. Avoid this service if you value your time and sanity. In this version of application the option "Locate us" has been removed, that option was the only benefit for customers to contact your different locations. But you are still showing here the option "Locate Us" in screen shot, that means you are misleading the clients. Without that option your application is useless.

Please never use their sevice ever. The worst service i have ever used. Its been more than a week and i aint recieve my parcel yet and it was suppose to be deliver within 24 hours the day the parcel had given to them and they are just keep delaying and no one responses through the helpline of thier lahore headquarter and still no one attends the call... 😠😠😠
