I thought this app is supposed to make you experience hassle free . I used it for my appointments at 2 different columbia asia hospital, both hospital i have to take the ticket and que and wait for my turn to registration. Aps wont let me chek in, and also staff doesnt know app existed and its specialty. One of the hospital have a sign for prioirity lane using the ap, when I go to the priority lane, the staff still ask me to take the ticket and que at normal lane. She said ppl dont use the app

App launch few year ago，check in function still not function

This app is only good for appointments only other than that - bills can't be dowloaded, reports is available but not reviewed and not visible. Logged cases to the management but have not seen much improvement. Really disappointed.
