JM Care App Features

M-Point

This feature aims to provide rewards in the form of points to JACCS MPM Finance Indonesia customers which can be collected and exchanged for attractive prizes & vouchers from JACCS MPM Finance Indonesia. There is also a customer grade check feature here!


Self-service

This feature contains Automatic Services including: Apply for credit, Top up Ceiling, Insurance Renewal, and Our Network Info. For customers who want to apply for financing facilities, they can go through the Apply Credit feature in Self Service by filling in the number of submissions, DP, active cellphone number, photo of ID card and click submit.


M-Service

This feature contains customer service to make a booking request for a copy of BPKB by filling out the form on the side. M-Service also has a feature to download e-Policies automatically and easily. Customer information & agreement card can also be viewed on M-Service.


M-Payment

This feature is useful for directing customers to make installment payments through payment channels in collaboration with JACCS MPM Finance Indonesia.
