I have registered a electricity complaint within 10 minutes I got a automated call from bot.. that my issue has been resolved and power has been restored without any checking. ...... I am not getting any call from technician regarding issue it automatically closes my complaints ticket whenever I register for complaint it happens same thing again and again worst app

most no use app ever. never registers complaint correctly. there is no way to give feedback. no way to call an actual person. no way to describe actual problem. very bad step. I am an 80 year old man and ultimately I have to still go to the office and get someone to help me. apps were supposed to make this easier

Worst app ever I seen in play store. Every time when trying to login, after entering mobile number showing SENDING OTP that it, no OTP receiving since last 3 days. how to login and check bill. how they guys get the tender and develop these unless app.
