After smart meter is installed in vidhya nagar, subsidy of below 150 units is stopped. Also no action to correct bill by department mpcz. all complaints done in upay app are pending.

I am experiencing an issue where the application does not synchronize consistently, sometimes taking up to 10 to 12 days, and despite having a solar connection, it has not displayed my export units.
