I have registered a electricity complaint within 10 minutes I got a automated call from bot.. that my issue has been resolved and power has been restored without any checking. ...... I am not getting any call from technician regarding issue it automatically closes my complaints ticket whenever I register for complaint it happens same thing again and again worst app

fast and responsive, i raised a complaint about the power cut and within 20 minutes it was resolved. Also they give you a call for feedback. Very good application from the government. Good job👍👍

Please add a option to see Real Time Status of shutdown, meaning why the shutdown was initiated and what work is going on, lineman and Engineer will update real time status of the work and related photos.
