most no use app ever. never registers complaint correctly. there is no way to give feedback. no way to call an actual person. no way to describe actual problem. very bad step. I am an 80 year old man and ultimately I have to still go to the office and get someone to help me. apps were supposed to make this easier

worst app , nothing open in the new updtae. Gets stuck on loading screen qnd ends up with error in connection. Please fire your ITA DEVELOPERS . Any average developer can make better ui and faster app

App still very pre mature. datewise consumption not working. data export feature very much necessary and missing. can you please atleast include that.
