Doesn't allow feedback for complaints even when complaint is open, shows "no complaint is open" for feedback. Doesn't show the response on complaint, only officer complete or complaint closed. What is the resolution is not shown. No escalation process for complaints mentioned. App has ease of use, but if all the options don't work then it is not useful.

Basic functions are not working on the app. While registering a complaint , after entering all the details, the tab of "Register Complaint" doesn't get clicked. & Complaint is not registered. Pls correct the functionality

App is not working. Error coming up cannot connect to server. Reinstalled the app also but still the same problem. Please fix it soon.
