Our app is designed to provide employees with a safe, seamless, and efficient cab travel experience.
By default, all scheduled bookings are automatically confirmed for employees. However, if an employee does not intend to travel on a specific day, they can simply mark themselves as "Not Coming" in advance.
Once a cab is assigned, the employee can track its real-time location to monitor arrival status. For security and accountability, employees are required to scan a QR code when boarding the cab. This boarding status is monitored centrally by the transport control team.
During the journey, if an employee feels unsafe or faces any emergency, they can trigger a Panic Alert, immediately notifying the concerned response team to take swift action.
After reaching the destination, employees must scan the QR code again to confirm deboarding. They also have the option to provide feedback about their travel experience.
Every trip and employee feedback is monitored by the central office to ensure continuous service improvement and to deliver a secure and optimized travel solution for all employees using the cab service.
