Gorseholt Reed is a stained-glass reconstruction puzzle.
Each stage hides a reed lattice: a window of colored tesserae cut into irregular polyomino shards. The faint motif still glows on the empty came. Draw a shard from the lower rail and seat it onto the lattice. Turn the shard so its painted hues sit on the matching glow.
Gold came only accepts a shard that covers empty cells and keeps every hue true to the motif. A well-seated shard snaps into the window. Seat a full 2x2 block and that pane kindles, throwing light across the glass. Kindle several panes in a row and the reed surge climbs; a full surge bursts the next true seat for a brighter score.
Some lattices cap how many seats you may spend. A Daily Reed cuts a fresh window from the calendar day, so the partition is new each morning.
Fill every cell of the lattice to restore the pane. Later stages grow from a small fen window into a six-span nave, with blocked corners, tighter hues, and fewer spare seats.
That is the whole game: read the motif, turn the shard, seat the reed, kindle the pane, and restore the window.
## Gameplay
- Study the faint motif on the empty lattice
- Seat polyomino glass shards so every hue matches
- Turn a shard before it is seated
- Kindle each completed 2x2 pane
- Ride consecutive kindles into a reed surge
- Restore the full window to finish the stage
This is a casual game.
