About this app

If you have installed a “DiMET” smart meter manufactured in Argentina by DISCAR S.A., with My Meter you can access information about your electricity consumption, consumption trends, status of your credit, notifications, etc.

ATTENTION: this application is only useful if your electricity company (Cooperativa or Distribuidora Provincial) has installed a DISCAR smart meter and has also enabled the remote consultation service for your meter. If these conditions are not met, we recommend that you DO NOT install My Meter.

If you are a user of “postpaid” electricity service, My Meter will allow you to:
- Know your Current Energy Demand in Watts.
- Know your Consumption in kWh so far this month, and compare it with last month's consumption, and a projected one for the end of the current month.
- Access a graph with your historical energy consumption in the last 12 months.
- Access the reading of the Active and Reactive energy meters of your meter.

Additionally, if you are a user of a "prepaid" electricity service, you can:
- Access the current status of the Credit loaded on your meter (in kWh), and the estimated time that said load will last (in days and hours) based on your projected consumption.
- The application will also allow you to receive notifications about Low Credit, Lack of Credit and Credit Reloads, among others.

The My Meter application is a practically essential tool for users of prepaid electricity services. The recharging system implemented in DISCAR meters completely eliminates the antiquated methods that require the generation of “PINs” that must be loaded on a keyboard connected to the meter.

IMPORTANT: Do not forget that in order for you to use My Meter, your cooperative or electricity distributor must have installed a “DiMET” smart meter, and you have to ask them to send you the access password by email.
