I'm a regular customer of Akshaykalpa. I always use your app. But the newly designed app is totally unintuitive. It makes cancelling subscriptions very hard to do as you have to go through multiple screens to do so. I always use the customizable option to suit my needs but with this new app, it automatically applies it for all the days. I have to constantly check it. On top of this bad user interface, the app always logs me out, making me log in every single day. I'm very frustrated.

The app logs you out after each update, and this issue has been persistent for quite some time. The recent update is another instance of this problem. This kind of update is frustrating and inconvenient.

The updated app experience is very disappointing. The earlier view of the calendar was very intuitive. It's harder to get an understanding of daily orders. The subscriptions doesn't list all the active ones directly. It takes multiple clicks to go there. There is no automatic notification when the balance goes to zero. I had a hard time figuring out why I stopped receiving my orders. Many flaws, bring back the older version of the app, please!
