Ratings and reviews

Charges are very high. Country egg 6 pieces 150 rs, which means per egg 25rs. Don't the team realise it. All the items are high in price. Also, they don't have tracking mode to check the delivery status. If I didn't receive my product, I would call customer support every time to know the status. It is a basic feature which has in all other applications nowadays.

Great delivery and quality experience. Recommendation - half the times, vegetables are not available -Which is understandable as you are purely organic foods. However, there should be a way to filter what is available instead of checking the whole list everytime.

Quality products. Milk, curd, panner and coconut all are of good taste. Their pathetic list of items. It shows 100 items, but 90 items will be out of stock. You have to scroll till the bottom to get the disappointment that most of the items are out of stock. A simple check mark to hide the Out of stock items will be useful. I called and explained. But the bottom level executive doesn't take care of this. Their WhatsApp chat is a nightmare.
