About this app

MrTax brings together your company's tax information on your phone: the electronic receipts you issue and receive, your tax obligation calendar, and the status of your procedures.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Electronic Receipts
View your invoices, credit notes, and withholding tax receipts, both received and issued. Filter by date, search by supplier or customer, and download the PDF or XML file of any document.

• Monthly Summary
Sales, purchases, VAT, and tax credit balance for the period, with monthly details for the year and your main suppliers.

• Tax Obligations Calendar
Your due dates calculated based on the ninth digit of your RUC (Taxpayer Identification Number), showing the remaining days and the status of each tax return.

• Invoice Scanner
Point your camera at the barcode of a physical invoice to read its access code and register it in your purchases. If the code is damaged, the app also recognizes the 49-digit code printed as text.

• Online Inquiry
Review the invoices your suppliers issued in your name directly from the portal and the taxpayer notification inbox.

• Company Documents
Taxpayer Identification Number (RUC) information, economic activity, taxpayer status, fleet vehicles, and filed tax returns.

• Treasury
Bank statement, expense vouchers, and income and expense summary, available in inquiry mode.

• Employees
Personnel records, updates, and employment documents.

• Tax Regulations
Consult current regulations and get answers to your questions with an assistant that cites the relevant articles.

• Multiple Companies
If you manage more than one RUC, switch between companies without logging out.

REQUIREMENTS

MrTax requires an active MrTax service account. If your company is not yet a client, your accountant or the service provider will provide you with the login credentials. Registration is not possible through the application.
