I can't access store email or KPI outside of the store. I feel as a manager we should have access. Also some trainings still will not load properly on the app because of pop ups.

can only do half the stuff on here. also don't have any time to do it in the store when videos have to be done in a certain amount of time.

Pointless. 90% of the navigation items you click, result in an error page. It looks promising upon initial load up but from there, it's utter garbage.
