A virtual Queue of pickup vehicles (EV) is formed at every pickup location in the vicinity of each Metro Station. Commuters can send pickup request from MetroPark+ App .
Typical use case is commuter reserves parking location from MetroPark+ App . He views the number of pickup vehicles waiting in a virtual Queue formed near parking location and sends pickup request . The Pickup request is routed to MetroQ+ App installed on the Mobile Phone of the first driver in the pickup queue. The driver needs to accept the request within specific time otherwise his turn in the queue is removed. Once he accepts the request then he picks up the commuter and enters OTP provided by commuter and drops him to requested Metro Station.
At the time of Registration , driver needs to provide his mobile number , photo of driver's license and Vehicle registration.
