The Cookie Management app provides an easy and convenient way to track your Girl Scout cookie inventory and sales across the entire troop. It supports actions such as orders, pickups, booth sales, transfers, and many more. This is your one-stop shop for all your cookie season needs - no need to buy multiple apps!

The data is sync'd across devices so all members in the troop will see the same real time data.

This app can also be used by a single Girl Scout in case the entire troop does not want to adopt it.

Inventory features:
- Single page to get an overview of inventory distribution between all Girl Scouts and the troop
- Includes a breakdown by Girl Scout of owed/paid to the troop

- Numbers are real time - when members of your troop enter their orders/booth sales, the inventory is automatically updated on your device.

Girl Scout profile features:
- Upload a picture of your Girl Scout
- Add multiple users for each Girl Scout - each one will be able to log into the app for free and enter orders for that Girl Scout. This is great for also letting grandmas, uncles, etc. enter orders for you as well.
- Parents can be assigned to multiple Girl Scouts
- See a breakdown of each Girl Scout's inventory, sold, and payment statuses
- Ability to call or text parents/Girl Scout directly from profile page

Cookie order features:
- Ability to enter back-orders so you can keep track of what customers want when you don't have the cookies in stock
- Ability to filter orders by delivered, paid, and back ordered statuses
- Ability to search orders
- TCMs can view orders for every Girl Scout in the troop
- Color coded order list to quickly identify order statuses

Game changer. 3rd cookie season & I haven't found a good way to manage digital, in person & booth to where it makes sense. Every year, the money never seems to line up. This makes it clear & simple. Gives you ways to see cash owed from in person transactions. Accounts for digital orders. PLUS, I had an issue with the app (user error lol) I uncharacteristically emailed the app maker (I would usually just uninstall and move on) and got a response in less than 5 minutes and everything was fixed!

I'm about to start my 3rd year using this app and I LOVE it. I have a large troop (37). Parents have the choice to use it (some use it fully with customer tracking, some just place a few sales entries to make the numbers work and some don't use it at all). I use it for troop & girl inventory plus managing outstanding balances. Emails sent for each transaction (I also give paper receipts!) are easy to search and help confirm pickups and returns. I had a flawless season last year.

This app was a HUGE help with keeping my daughter's cookie season organized this year! It was easy to use and perfectly kept track of both incoming and outgoing orders, inventory and money. The only slight change I'd request would be for a tutorial. I feel like there were probably more things the app could do that I missed.
