The app also has an offline option that allows you to download the course and play it when travelling or if you are on less stable network. To use the MSC eLearning app you need to be either an employee, crew member, validated candidate applying for our job or a partner Travel Agent.

I'm sorry for this review, but this app sometimes complicated to use,sometimes without voice and also when do a training and finish all questions but i need to repeat again. I don't understand but I think I answer correctly maybe the score it's not enough or something wrong?, the app have logout it self and I need to login back and reapet the test from first again. Or my phone not support ?but my android is up todate. I don't know🥲

Don't bother. I'm trying to complete my masters training and the Ocean Cay module is caught in some loop and won't give me the quiz so I can complete it, so I thought I'd try the app. It won't let me log in. And there's no one to contact to fix it.

Horrible experience and a waste of time . I have to uninstall and install the app every time I do a course. If the courses are mandatory then the app needs to perform better
