Definitely sucks. I was requesting for pick up but until 5d later there's no respond. The 'waiting dropoff' written on the top isn't helping at all. On the good side, the delivery service is good if you're the receiver but if you're the sender, I say no more. I just hope J&T Express has more better service for pick up experience in the future. Thank you.

Gave J&T a try because it had cheaper delivery prices compared to other services. But the app was impossible to use. Extremely slow, and I had to spam tap for any of the features to open. I shipped out 10 different packages, each time I had to click on the "Drop Off" button so many times until the app responded. Then, when I was at the actual drop off office, the app would not open my order info so I had to manually input the numbers. I don't think I will use J&T again just because of the app.

Extremely needs an improvement. I made an order out of this app. The order made was included with insurance and paid in full accordingly. However, the receipt generated by the app didnt include the insurance which potentially disadvantages me in the future should there be any inconvenience happen during the delivery (loss, broken, etc). The incomplete information generated by the app had taken my energy and time on addressing this situation. As a first time customer, I was not the happy one.
