More work needs to be done. When I try to log in, the app closes immediately and I can’t gain access.

The app is always experiencing trouble. I have been trying to login for an entire month now to no avail. The two step verification is really annoying and doesn't work...... I use this app to manage my money and pay my bills so this is really frustrating. I dont think the credit union should continue advertising this app if its always unavailable when we need it!

LCCU this is not it, over 3 months now the app hasn't worked and only 1 update to customers with no resolution. lf your vendor is the issue , you need to manage them. How can you offer a convenience service thats not convenient. Then the online banking in itself is so slow and not User friendly. Its 2026 do better.
