Your screen is one big patch of skin, and it will not stay clear for long. Pimples come up everywhere — red at first, then filling, then swelling with a shiny white head. Your job is to pop each one at exactly the right moment.

Timing Is Everything
Tap a pimple while the head is full and shiny for a PERFECT pop: double points and a bigger, juicier burst. Tap it a little early and you get a smaller squirt. Tap a red spot and it only gets angrier. Wait too long and it bursts on its own — messy, and worth nothing.

Squeeze From Any Side
Where you press decides where it goes. Push from the edge and it squirts the other way; press the middle and it fountains up or oozes out. Every pop is a little different — jets, sprays, pumps, forks and slow oozes.

Chain the Perfect Pops
Every PERFECT in a row builds your combo and raises your score multiplier. One early tap or one pimple left to burst and the combo is gone.

Sixty Seconds, Getting Faster
A round lasts sixty seconds, and the skin speeds up as the clock runs down. More pimples, shorter windows, a countdown at the end. Beat your best before time is up.
