About this app

Traycase counts the hours your clear aligners or retainer actually spend in your mouth. Take them out for lunch and tap once; the clock starts. Put them back in and tap again; it stops. Today's worn time stays on screen next to the goal you picked.

Most days you won't need to open the app at all. The home screen widget switches between in and out with a single touch. While your trays are out, a running timer stays in the notification, with a "Put back in" button right there. If they are still out when your set time is up, a reminder goes off and repeats a few times before it goes quiet.

Daily wear
- One tap for out and in, from the app, the widget or the notification
- A daily wear goal, 22 hours to start with, adjustable in half-hour steps
- A put-back reminder after the number of minutes you choose
- A day start you can move, for night shifts and late sleepers
- Weekly bars: green when the goal was met, mustard when the day fell short
- Stats for average wear, days on goal and each tray

Trays and treatment
- Tray number and change schedule, such as tray 7 of 24 at 14 days each
- A question on change day; the tray count moves only when you confirm
- Make the current tray longer or shorter and the later dates follow
- Begin a new series for refinements and keep the numbers from the last one

Correcting the record
Forgot to tap? Add a break afterwards, change its times or delete it. When trays have been out for more than three hours, Traycase asks whether they went back in earlier, so one missed tap doesn't wreck the day. Stretches you didn't track can be marked as not tracked and stay out of the averages.

Retainer mode
When active treatment ends, switch to retainer mode. The tray schedule is hidden, the goal turns into nightly wear (10 hours to start with) and an evening reminder asks whether your retainer is in.

Works with Invisalign and other clear aligners, and with removable retainers.

Your data
Traycase never asks you to register. It works offline and stores your wear history on the device, not on a server. The widget, the notification timer and the reminders are part of the app for everyone, with no subscription or unlock. Ads keep it running; the internet connection is used for ads alone.
