This is the worst mobile money app in all of the countries I have visited so far. It's impossible to use it without connecting a bank account. However, they promise to verify your account in one of their offices without a Vietnam bank account. After verifying, this app stays absolutely useless. Friends cannot transfer the money to you, unless you connect a bank account. Paying is also impossible, you cannot even top up the balance. The employee at the Da Nang branch consulted me wrong.

The app used to work fine, but over the past six months or so it’s been crashing constantly. I often have to reopen it 4–5 times just to complete one transaction. In worse cases, I end up switching to another payment app. Previously, it only had occasional errors during holidays — usually with a message saying "There were too many transactions at once" — but now the crashing bug is happening all the time. Please fix this issue soon.

very slow app in all actions. especially when I transfer money, after I scan QR code or tap send, the app suddenly closes, I have to open and close the app many times so it can work. a lot of bugs in the app, I think because they try to put too many features so it's very slow and full of bugs.
