Ratings and reviews

This app has been helping me for the past 10 years at least. Not only does it keep up with my passwords but I can generate passwords that are very complex. Only password you need to remember is for Msecure. It's probably a good idea to remember your main email too, so you can reset your passwords in case something happens. Though I've never had any issues personally. I have the app on Android and iOS, works well. Also syncs every time I change or add something.

I've owned this app for over 20 years and love it! It isn't perfect, but it does keep all of my passwords safe and really accessible, especially across different devices. I give it 4 stars because after the latest upgrade, I keep getting a pop up about backing up my info, which I though was already happening. I'm lost as to what to do, so I have to keep selecting the do it later option. Also, I don't like how to get to the search bar. It should be on the main page and not have to click to acces.

I've used MSecure for years. The new online version would be great for me. However, after the upgrade to this version, I lost all my passwords because I couldn't find the original email they sent me "100 years" ago. I emailed the devs but never heard back. My previous phone was damaged in a wreck in Jan. and I've had to muddle through all my accounts without passwords. It's been very annoying. Devs seem to only respond to reviews, not emails. Goodbye MSecure, sad to see you go. 😔😔
