The app was never great to begin with but at least it worked. Now after updating, which I was forced to do, I just get an error message that there is a delay and I need to try again later. I've had nothing but frustrations with this company and I'm just biding my time until another provider is available in our area.

It works when it wants. I homeschool my kids and was excited for the restricted internet setting, they haven't been working. it doesn't shut off when its scheduled, I can't block unwanted apps. The app just says delay try again for restrictions, and it shows the internet off yet my kids are still online. When it works its great!

The app is very annoying and difficult to work with. I use custom hardware for my home and not mainstream issued Hardware. I want the app for the sole purpose of being able to manage my payments, but instead I'm being spammed constantly to set up their router and the app is basically useless otherwise. To top it all off the app uses a completely different account system compared to the payment management system instead of it being a unified mainstream account.
