ALERTING MADE EASY
Email, SMS and chat arrive quietly and wait to be read. That is the wrong
behaviour when somebody has to act now.
An M91 alert allows a group of people to recieve or send alerts from anywhere to everywhere. It rings every phone in a channel at full volume —
through silent mode and Do Not Disturb — and keeps going until somebody
answers. If nobody does, it escalates to a phone call. You get back who
responded, what they chose, and when.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Create a channel — the group of people who should be woken together.
2. Invite them by phone number.
3. Copy the channel's alert link.
That link is the whole integration. Open it in a browser, put it in a cron
job, a monitoring tool, a smart button, a spreadsheet formula, or anything
with a "URL to call" field. No SDK. No API key. No code.

before you wire anything up.
WHAT PEOPLE USE IT FOR
• Health — wake a carer or an on-call clinician when a monitoring system
detects a condition that cannot wait.
• Operations — get the right engineer out of bed when a service, server or

or security event is detected.

An answer can settle the alert for everybody — one person takes it on and the
other phones stand down — or it can apply to just that person, leaving the
alert open for the rest. You decide which, per answer.
WHY IT STAYS QUIET
An alerting app is at its best when it does nothing. M91 only interrupts when
you said it should, at the urgency you chose. Repeats of the same problem
collapse into one alert instead of waking everyone twice. An alert that has
been handled stops ringing everywhere, immediately.
