I mistakenly updated my app. Now activation code won't work and I can't even access the past questions I already paid for last year again. please I need it to be worked on🙏🙏. Best learning app ever for Jamb 😘😘😘.

How can payment for activation be made legitimately and safely to avoid fraudulence, I contacted the required customer service for this app, I noted I have issues activating code and I was directed to message the contact on whatsapp, an information was dropped including a microfinance Bank to make payment for activation with a certain amount and noted a receipt must be tendered. I need feedback on this.
