With the ScanWerkApp from MSG software you can easily book materials & hours on a job. With the handy barcode scan functionality, you can quickly scan materials from warehouse to bus and from bus to job. Want to refund items? No problem! With the ScanWerkApp, you get a grip on stock and the hours & materials used per job.

You can even book materials onto a job directly from the main warehouse. Do you first move the stock from the main warehouse to the work or maintenance van? Then the craftsmen on location can easily book the items from the bus directly to the job using the app and you're done! This way you always and everywhere get control over your stock and the consumption of hours & materials per job.
So that you can invoice at the office immediately after completing a job.

MSG's ScanWerkApp can be linked to Admicom, AFAS, ProAdmin and MSG ERP.
