About this app

Matong's boss app is an app that the affiliate shop owners use.
You can easily edit/manage all information such as direct payment setting, reservation management, call number management, review management, and event management.
※ General'Matong' members should download'Matong' with a red background. ※

▶ Main function

[Real-time reservation management]
-Provides push alarm and notification talk when users pay immediately.
-We provide customers to check their reservations in 3 steps: waiting for confirmation, before management, and during management.
-Management start time and management end time are displayed for easy reservation management.

[Reservation details]
-Payment completion and reservation cancellation can be confirmed through reservation details by period.
-Provides a refund processing function for each situation.

[Call number management]
-You can check the number of calls in our shop through the number of calls by period.
-Provides the caller ID search function of the reservation.
-You can check the details of successful and failed calls related to reservation.

[Review management]
-Provides a push alarm when a user writes a review.
-You can give users a sense of trust by checking real-time reviews and writing responses.
(Reviews that have not been confirmed can be checked through the Unanswered Reviews tab.)
