MS Guedes Time Clock is the official work time tracking application for the company MS Guedes — Transportation and Construction Services.

Developed exclusively for internal use, the app allows employees to record their arrival, departure, and breaks in a simple, secure way, in compliance with MTE Ordinance 671/2021.

MAIN FEATURES

- Time and attendance registration with individual PIN authentication
- Offline operation — records are automatically saved and synchronized when the connection is restored
- Location verification to ensure registration occurs at the workplace
- Photo at the time of registration (when configured by the administrator)

SECURITY AND PRIVACY

- Access restricted to employees registered by the company
- Encrypted PIN — no system accesses the original value
- Device individually linked to each employee
- All data stored in Google infrastructure (Sheets and Firebase)

FOR MANAGERS

The web-based administrative panel allows real-time monitoring of all work records, generating time and attendance reports, managing absences, and sending announcements to employees.

This application is for the exclusive use of MS Guedes — Transportation and Construction Services. Access requires prior registration by the company administrator.
