MSM VN Internal Car Driver is an application for drivers in the employee shuttle service system. The application is only for drivers with accounts provided by the operating unit.
MAIN FEATURES
- Receive and confirm trips: View assigned trips, route details, list of pick-up/drop-off points, and number of passengers before confirmation.
- Follow the route: Track trip progress, check-in at each stop, view the list of passengers boarding/alighting at each stop, and quickly call passengers when needed.
- Report delays: Send delay notifications for upcoming stops with the reason and estimated minutes — the system automatically notifies passengers and dispatchers.
- Report vehicle breakdowns: Record roadside incidents, notify the dispatch department for assistance; terminate the trip due to the incident if necessary.
- Record trip fees: Record toll fees and parking fees incurred during the trip for verification upon completion.
- Directions to stops: Open a map to show directions to each pick-up/drop-off point.
- Account Management: Update profile, change password, change phone number, and delete account within the app.
PERMITS AND DATA
- Location: Used to assist with directions to stops and record location for operational purposes during working hours.
- Notifications: Used to receive new trips and update dispatch schedules.
Data is used solely for internal shuttle service operations and is not shared with third parties outside the scope of service operations.
