About this app

MSP Connect is a professional courier driver app used to receive job offers, manage delivery tasks, and send real-time updates to dispatch.

Drivers can:
• Receive and accept or decline new job offers
• View detailed pickup and delivery information
• Start jobs and update status through the full workflow
• Complete pickup and delivery milestone forms with photos
• Upload proof of delivery and job notes
• Track job progress and view assigned tasks
• Enter holdover reasons when delays occur
• Receive notifications for new jobs and status changes

Real-time location tracking:
The app uses location while a driver is marked “Available” or while an active job is in progress. This allows dispatch to assign the closest driver, calculate ETAs, and track progress throughout the delivery. Tracking stops when the driver turns Availability off or completes the job.

MSP Connect is intended for authorized drivers working with MSP Courier and requires a valid login provided by the company.
