About this app

msphere is a school management platform for Montessori communities — guides, families, and school leaders. For guides Start every morning knowing exactly where to focus. Log observations, meals, nap times, attendance, photos, and videos — all connected to the right student in seconds. Mark material progress, run circle time, manage classroom materials, coordinate volunteers, and generate portfolios, all without leaving the app. For families Follow your child's full day as it unfolds. The parent journal surfaces observations, photos, nap times, and meals shared by the guide. Check your child in, message the guide directly, view the school calendar, manage billing, and fill out forms — all in one place. For school leaders School-wide WOW scores, curriculum coverage heatmaps, and at-risk student watchlists — updated as guides work. Monitor attendance, logging cadence, and domain coverage across classrooms. Manage enrollment, billing, and recurring tuition plans — no spreadsheets. msphere is built for the prepared environment: warm, calm, and designed to stay out of the way.
