What Pralekh does:
Pralekh connects users with independent local agents such as CAs, CSC centers, and document-service professionals. Users raise a document request in the app, and the assigned agent processes and prepares the documents.

How it works:
1. Login with mobile number OTP
2. Choose a document service and view pricing
3. Pay securely and upload required documents
4. Request is assigned to an independent local agent (CA / CSC / document expert)
5. Agent processes the work and uploads completed documents in the app
6. Track progress with real-time updates
